Description
It’s entirely up to you how you prepare it for yourself and your family – granola can be served in countless healthy and creative ways. When you're in a rush, simply pour over a bit of milk or plant-based milk and in seconds you’ll have a filling breakfast. A bowl of granola-topped plant-based yogurt or pudding offers a perfect blend of creamy and crunchy textures, and even a simple porridge gets a delicious twist with our special muesli bites. On slow mornings, blend up a thick smoothie bowl with fresh fruit and top it with a spoonful of granola. In summer, try it with frozen fruits for a refreshing icy treat. In autumn, roast sweet potatoes in their skins and top the hot, creamy flesh with a few spoonfuls of granola – for extra indulgence, drizzle with maple syrup and a spoon of nut butter. But granola isn’t just a heavenly breakfast – it’s also a perfect ingredient for modern desserts. Use it instead of classic cookie crumbs in raw cakes, layer it into dessert cups or chia puddings with fresh fruits and nut butters. Mix it with almond butter and roll into little balls – guaranteed to be a hit with kids and friends alike.
Our raspberry granola is based on gluten-free oats that provide long-lasting energy throughout the morning. We sweeten it with apple concentrate and apple sugar, then bake it to a crisp with a touch of coconut oil and exciting spices. Sunflower seeds, coconut chips, cashews, and almonds make the mix more harmonious and satisfying. At the end, we add freeze-dried fruits – their water is removed through freeze-drying in a way that preserves their vitamin and micronutrient content, as well as their fresh taste and vibrant color. Our granola contains no preservatives, sugar, or additives, so you can serve it to your kids every day with peace of mind.
Mendula’s raspberry granola is suitable for a variety of diets and sensitivities – it’s vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, paleo, and dairy-protein-free.
Oats are rich in complex carbohydrates that can be safely consumed by diabetics and people on a diet. Before exercise, they provide just the right amount of energy without weighing you down. Their high protein content makes them a favorite in vegan diets, and they contain all 8 essential amino acids. They are an excellent source of almost all essential minerals, including iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, and their silicon content supports healthy bones and connective tissues. With vitamins E and B, they contribute to glowing skin and a well-functioning nervous system. Their high fiber content ensures healthy digestion and supports successful weight loss.
Cranberries are exceptionally rich in antioxidants, which may help prevent various cancers, cardiovascular diseases, and allergies. They also contain phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron, and manganese, along with vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. Regular consumption not only strengthens the immune system but also helps prevent urinary tract infections.
Raspberries are loaded with vitamins and minerals, and the antioxidants and flavonoids they contain provide powerful support for maintaining good health. Adding them to your diet can help normalize high blood pressure, stabilize blood sugar, and fight signs of aging both physically and mentally.
Cashews contain healthy fats that protect the heart and circulatory system, and they support proper brain function. Their phytosterols help block cholesterol absorption, which means they can even reduce the risk of gallstones. Cashews are rich in nearly all essential minerals – particularly potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. They are also packed with vitamins, including the full range of B vitamins and a high amount of vitamin K, which works together with calcium to support bone health. Despite their high fat content, the quality of their fats and fiber supports weight loss by keeping you fuller longer. Studies show that people who consume cashews twice a week are less likely to gain weight compared to those who don’t.
