Our Experts

In this blog post, we’d like to introduce you to our experts. As much as we’d love to know everything, the truth is, we don’t — and there are certain topics where we wouldn’t feel right giving you tips, advice, or ideas based solely on information found online. That’s why we searched far and wide to bring together a team we can fully trust — professionals who are up-to-date, thorough, and truly knowledgeable in their fields.

Meet Our Expert Team:

Andrea Desits – Dietitian

I graduated in 2007 from Semmelweis University, Faculty of Health Sciences, majoring in Dietetics. I worked as a clinical dietitian at Heim Pál Children’s Hospital, and now I offer personalized dietetic and lifestyle consultations. My main area of expertise is treating hormonal imbalances and related issues to improve overall quality of life. Hormone-related conditions are rising dramatically among people aged 20–50, and in most cases, poor dietary and lifestyle habits are the root causes. Correcting these is key to recovery.

We should not ignore the body's signals — the dysfunction of one organ or system often leads to others. We must understand that we *can* take action to feel better or recover. Chronic fatigue, low mood, headaches, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating, worsened PMS symptoms, weight issues, joint pain, sleep disturbances — these are not “normal” parts of life, but the body’s cry for help.

I don’t believe in diets or quick fixes — only long-term lifestyle changes. True and lasting results can only be achieved when we make changes across all areas of our lives. Balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, proper sleep (in both quantity and quality), and effective stress management all contribute to success. Instead of treating symptoms, we must identify the root cause and take meaningful steps toward change. We don’t want to live a 50% life — we want 100%, and that power lies within us. The key to healing is in our hands.

Bettina Recse – Functional Trainer

I’ve been working as a trainer for eight years and am currently part of the Crossfit B’bros team: @crossfitbbros2.

I've gained experience in several areas of fitness, but it was CrossFit that truly reshaped my professional approach. I believe in building a strong foundation and teaching proper movement patterns — without those, there's no progress. I also firmly believe that everything starts in the mind, and there's nothing you can't achieve with the right mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Sports Trainer
  • Recreational Fitness Program Leader
  • TRX Trainer
  • Handball Coach
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Eszter Csaba – Psychologist

I graduated in 2010 from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Faculty of Education and Psychology, as both a psychologist and teacher. Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experience working with children, families, and in one-on-one psychological support. In my consultations, I place a strong emphasis on resource-based approaches and viewing issues within a broader context.

To me, work means continuous learning. Recently, I’ve been diving deeper into family therapy and schema therapy methods to support my clients even more effectively. I believe mental health is an essential part of overall well-being. I’m especially interested in how the body positivity movement influences self-image and the evolving role of sexuality in the 21st century. I enjoy exploring these topics not only through professional literature but also across a variety of online platforms.
