Anyone who enjoys a gin and tonic probably knows that its distinct flavor comes from juniper berries. Gin is essentially a distilled spirit made from a neutral alcohol base, infused with the berries or extract of the common juniper, giving it its signature taste.

Naturally, juniper berries play a key role in our classic gin spice blend, but we've also included green cardamom (a member of the ginger family), pink pepper (which, despite its name, isn't actually pepper and isn't spicy but has a juniper-like aroma), and black pepper for added depth.

Before using, lightly crush the spices with a mortar and pestle, add them to your glass, and top with your gin and tonic. If you don’t like small spice fragments in your drink, simply enjoy it with a straw!
