Not too long ago, we asked you to fill out a questionnaire in which we sought your opinions and feedback on topics that are important to us — with the aim of improving based on your answers.

There were a few recurring suggestions, requests, and comments that we’d like to respond to here.

Several of you mentioned you'd love it if the jars were returnable.

We’d absolutely love that too!!! It’s been on our agenda for a long time, but unfortunately it’s not as simple as it sounds. Returning jars requires complex logistics, including transportation, removing the labels, and disinfecting the jars — and we haven’t yet found the most ideal solution for that.

However, we’ve already started working on gradually replacing our labels with a type that can be easily removed even with a dishwasher soak. This way, you'll have beautiful, decorative jars that you can reuse to store anything in a stylish way (spices, sauces, spreads, etc.), and you won’t need to buy new jars for jam-making either :)
 

Granola bar

Surprisingly many of you said you'd like a granola bar. It’s a great idea — we love delicious granola bars too :)

Unfortunately, our partially handcrafted production doesn’t allow us to make granola bars at a price point that would work for you as customers. Producing granola bars would require more advanced equipment that we currently don’t have access to. Our current raw fruit bars are simpler to make — we just mix the base, press it into shape, cut, and pack. With granola bars, there’s also a baking step, followed by slicing, etc. But we’re putting this idea on our list!

In the meantime, we’ll soon share a homemade flapjack (granola bar) recipe with you!

Fruit bar in new flavors

This is something that can be done relatively easily — so we’re on it! :)

We received lots of other suggestions and ideas as well — thank you again for all of them! We’ve noted every single one, and we’ll implement as many as we can!
