After extensive brainstorming, testing, and countless trials, we have finally developed a pouch that:

  • Preserves the crunchiness of Mendula granolas during shipping,
  • Thick and durable to prevent tearing during transit,
  • Fully biodegradable: breaks down into water, CO₂, and biomass — with zero microplastics.

IMPORTANT! This pouch only keeps the granola crispy for a few days (we always pack it fresh before shipping). Once received, transfer it into an airtight container (such as a glass jar with a clasp) to maintain its crunch.

Our sour cherry granola was made for fans of fruity flavors and crunchy bites. A lightly spiced granola base is lifted by tart, intense freeze-dried blackcurrants and strawberries, soft dried sour cherries, and gently roasted almonds. Enjoy it with milk or plant-based milk, or serve it with yogurt and fresh fruit for a complete breakfast!

The base of our sour cherry granola is gluten-free rolled oats, providing long-lasting energy all morning. It’s sweetened with apple concentrate and apple sugar, then baked to a tempting crunch with a touch of coconut oil and aromatic spices. Sunflower seeds, coconut chips, and plenty of almonds add harmony and extra substance to the blend. We add dried sour cherries, freeze-dried redcurrants, and strawberries at the end—during freeze-drying, water is removed while preserving almost all the vitamins, minerals, fresh flavor, and color. Our granola contains no preservatives, added sugar, or artificial additives, so you can confidently give it to your children every day.

Mendula Sour Cherry Granola is suitable for a variety of diets and food sensitivities—it's vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, paleo, and dairy-protein-free.

Oats are rich in complex carbohydrates that are well tolerated by diabetics and those on a diet. They provide steady energy before exercise without burdening the stomach. Their high protein content makes them a popular choice in vegan diets, as they contain all 8 essential amino acids. They’re an excellent source of key trace elements, including iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Thanks to their silicon content, they also support bone and connective tissue health. With vitamin E and B group vitamins, they help maintain healthy skin and a well-functioning nervous system. Their high fiber content ensures proper digestion and contributes to successful weight management.
