Description

The refreshingly tart sour cherry fruit bar was created in the spirit of "clean eating", so just like our other products, it contains no added sugar, no added fats, and no additives—only pure, raw, plant-based ingredients! Its base is creamy-sweet date paste thickened with almond flour, made irresistibly tangy with dried sour cherries and cranberries. Even the dried cranberries are sweetened with apple concentrate, so this product is guaranteed sugar-free!

The Mendula sour cherry fruit bar is suitable for various diets and sensitivities—it’s vegan, raw, gluten-free, lactose-free, paleo, and dairy-protein-free. In addition to its high fiber content, dates are packed with minerals and vitamins, including significant amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium, as well as vitamins A, B6, and K.

Almonds are among the healthiest nuts, containing more vitamin E, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, and fiber than any other nut. They are an excellent source of magnesium and rich in essential, polyunsaturated Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
