Blueberry-banana nice cream

Summer is in full swing and we can only encourage everyone to make ice cream or ice cream at home!
Ingredients (approx. 4 scoop):
- 300 g blueberries
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Mendula cashew butter with vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk (or other plant milk)
Method:
- Place frozen banana slices, blueberries, cashew butter and 2 tbsp almond milk into a high-speed food processor or blender.
- Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes stopping to scrape the sides every so often.
- Once pureed together, your banana nice cream should be like a super thick smoothie. Option to eat immediately or to transfer to a parchment-lined bread pan to freeze for later.
